Another Day out with Kaye

If you have read my previous posts, Kaye's my best friend from High School. We don't often see each other as she works as an ICU nurse abroad. (Dubai or somewhre there in the Middle East). Every time she's in the country, she never fails to contact me to catch up.

This time around, she's back for, say, a longer period of time because she just resigned from her previous job. Our mall choice for this day out is the (fairly) newly-built Robinsons Magnolia. Robinson's Magnolia is located along Aurora Boulevard. The reason why it got it's magnolia name is because the land where it is situated now was previously owned by Nestle and that it used to be an Ice Cream factory. :) Quick trivia for you there.

If you're from EDSA and decided to take Aurora to this mall, beware. The next U-turn slot you'll be able to use is near Sta. Mesa (which is waaaaaaay far from the mall) already. I had an unfortunate chance to experience that first hand.

The mall, being new, still had empty talls to be filled. But in a way, you'll feel sasyal because there are still few people who come and visit the place. The mall's spacious, cold, and clean. HAHA.

SO! We spent the afternoon at the mall to eat, then watch Fast and Furious 6, then eat again, (body figures: concrete evidence), then did a bit of shopping. What amazed me was Kaye fell asleep inside the cinema! To think that was FF6 ha! Hahaha.

Ended the night with me taking her to her sister's home here in Manila. Looking forward to spending the day with you again BFF!
